Doesn't work with my iPhone 8. App requires iOS 15+ which my phone can't update to. Fujifilm should clearly state minimum requirements on the box. Had to borrow my daughter's phone to use it. Works fine on newer phones but this is poor support for older devices.

I felt the way the tape is cut is too wasteful! Maybe I haven't mastered it yet, but the margins are truly wasteful and I feel like the tape will run out quickly.

When it works, prints are beautiful. But paper jams every 3-4 prints. I've become an expert at clearing jams. Spends more time fixing it than printing. Quality vs reliability tradeoff. If you have patience (and small fingers to reach the jam), it's decent. Otherwise, frustrating.

Not enough logos to choose from. I'd like to try importing from Excel.

Setting up the unit is easy and I was satisfied that I could use it right away. However, even when I thought I had set it up carefully, the labels shifted when printed and wouldn't fit properly within the frame. There's a function to make fine adjustments vertically and horizontally during printing, but it still shifts. I wonder if I should position text etc. toward the center and leave wide margins, or if my label setting method is just poor...
